Free at last, free at last, thank God we are free at last! Carol is back…. well for now…. AMC must have read my 50+ letters and they let Carol and Daryl have their own episode. This episode was full of “OMGS” and “WTFS” so lets get into it!
This episode really hit me in the feels. We got to witness Carol moments after Rick forced her to leave. We saw Carol living on her own. We also got to see Carol drive to the prison right after it was attacked. I spent the whole time trying not to cry!
Daryl and Carol went off to find Beth so they followed one of those cars with the crosses. In my head I am just like..count your losses Beth isn’t worth losing Carol. But they press on. We get to see Daryl and Carol share a bed for like 45 seconds which was enough to make jump up and down in happiness.
So Noah comes at some point and takes Carol and Daryl’s weapons which made me understand why everybody hates Chris…; But Carol and Daryl are still the two most badass characters in this show so they keep looking for Beth with almost nothing to protect themselves with. They end up on a freeway and get pushed off a overpass in the back of a van. I almost had a heart-attack. If Carol would have went out like this I would have been pissed. Luckily they both lived.
Later on Carol and Daryl run into Noah again but this time the tables are turned and they get their weapons back from Noah. Then of course as they are leaving those cops from Beth’s hospital show up. Daryl finds out Noah knows where Beth is so they go looking for them, Not even five minutes later Carol goes outside and gets hit by a car…..
Let me repeat that….she gets hit by a car.
So next episode i am really excited for because Daryl goes pick up the crew and we are about to do some good ol’ fashioned killin for Carol. Make me proud team and save Carol. If Carol is not saved but Beth is…this show will be dead to me… get it?
