Los Angeles and New York. New York and Los Angeles. They’re the cities with more drag queens per square mile than other! Drag is blossoming like never before on both coasts with more and more incredibly creative, gorgeous and talented queens showing up on the scene all the time. This award is to honor the drag queen in the City of Angels that made the biggest impact on the year 2014 so without further adieu, we present the nominees for the NS4W 2014 Queen of Los Angeles Award (sponsored by Bling Divas Entertainment)

*Editor’s Note: We have made an executive decision to not include any former or current RuPaul’s Drag Race Queens on this list. Not to diminish the talents of queens like Morgan McMichaels, Kelly Mantle or others because lord knows we love us some Drag Racers but we wanted to shine a spotlight on some of the talented young queens that have yet to gain that sort of national exposure.
Also, special thanks go out to our friends over at Bling Divas Entertainment for sponsoring this award! Check them out here!

Allusia Alusia – One of the hardest working queens of Santa Monica Blvd, hosting something every night of the week. Allusia brings personality, humor, and a new look that makes the bar brighter than it already is.
Rhea Litré – WeHo’s fiercest diva has every talent you could possibly imagine and then some. This queen doesn’t just bring her immense brand of excellence with her, she brings with her a fanbase that most rock stars can only dream of.
Misty Violet – A colorful queen in both look and personality, self-professed as “WeHo’s dumbest queen,” Misty can make an entire club laugh or dance and take fun to a new level.
Cake Moss – SKAS! Cake Moss brings you moves like Yoncé, walk like Rihanna, and a wardrobe that Katy Perry, Gaga, and Xtina would love to raid.
Mayhem Miller – A Queen for all ages. There isn’t a look Mayhem cannot execute, a song she couldn’t lipsync, or a queen that does hold her as a Los Angeles drag legend!
Vicky Vox – While the D & W have already made their mark on Rupaul’s Drag Race, this queen has made the impact without reality show cameras on her for 18 hours. You know whenever Vicky shows up your night has already been made.
Cantata Serenade – A pitch perfect voice, a look of ethereal glamour, and a beard that puts most lumberjacks to absolute shame. Her razor sharp wit doesn’t just slay…it massacres.
Melissa Befierce – One of the best queens with a brush. Her face is her canvas and each look is a masterpiece. When an event is hosted by this queen, it is an event worth being at.
Dakota D’vil – Editorial doesn’t begin to describe what this queen does, magnificent does. Her looks are an event within themselves and the party around her might as well be celebrating her outfit. This queen’s takeover is one worth keeping an eye on!
Hummingbird Meadows – Winner of Micky’s Project Drag Season 2, this quirky little queen has made a huge name out of herself. Her look, personality, and performance will remind you why you love drag queens.
