You can vote once every 24 hours between now and 11:59 EST on Sunday, October 4th. If you have a friend in the competition, I assume your vote will go for them but if you have no dog in the fight, your voting criteria should be based on the WOW factor of their gown, the fit of their gown, how complimentary their makeup, hair and jewelry are to the gown and their ability to model the gown.
