Question: Condragulations on making the top five of So You Think You Can Drag! For my money, its the premiere drag competition in the city. Have you had a moment to reflect on what you have accomplished already yet?
Sasha Pierce Davenport: Thank you so much! I totally agree with you on this being the premier drag competition in the city. It’s an honor to be in the top five with these amazing girls. I’ve not only gained a new gaggle of sisters but I have been able to gain a brand new fan base that’s been incredibly supportive throughout all of this.
Question: What do you think was your personal highlight and lowlight of the season so far?
SPD: The highlight of the competition for me was definitely fairytale week. After six weeks of not snagging a win, the pressure was on. I decided to go completely outside of my comfort zone and ending up winning the night!

Question: How would you describe your experience on SYTYCD? What was it like to work with Paige, Chelsea and all other guests that have come through?
SPD: Only hidden backstage cameras could truly describe the SYTYCD experience. The highs have been high and the lows have been erased by whiskey. I have learned so much from working with Paige on a weekly basis. She is nothing but polished and professional. It takes a special person to manage me and talk me off the ledge every week, and that person was Chelsea Piers. She was more than a mentor, she was a true sister. But overall the constructive criticisms of Justin Luke and the other judges pushed my creativity and helped land me this spot in the finale.
Question: So without spoiling anything, what can we expect from you in the finale?
SPD: THE MOST!!!! I literally won’t have a resource or dollar to my name after this finale. Like really……not a single dollar.
