Hello everyone, welcome to the mid-season finale edition of “What The Walking Dead”. Before we get started, Chiffon… Pass me the rolls…Please? Thank you.
Alright where was I, oh The Walking Dead! I loved this episode it kept me on my toes the whole time! We witnessed Carol having a “get off my lawn” moment, and Rick getting a chance to take a boat out on a soothing cruise in the lake for some summer fun. But back in Alexandria, the Other Spencer decided to get even more annoying and tried to create a plot against Rick which resulted in his guts decorating the concrete. Then Rosita gets out of line, tries to shoot Negan but fails of course, which gets Lemonade girl shot in the head and Eugene carried off who knows where.
But all in all, it’s okay because Daryl escaped the Sanctuary and our group has reunited at Hilltop to develop a plan to take back the town!
Daryl has escaped! Hell yeah! That is a Christmas gift from the producers. I have a feeling though Negan is going to mess up the place looking for him so maybe not so good. Honestly this was a great episode there were so many little parts that were sooo good! Also I am kind of happy the other “Spencer” died because I’m tired of all the confusion between him and I. I am also excited to see our team getting back together and possibly collaborating with the Kingdom. Which means… Carol getting off her ass and back in the game! Yeah!
Rosita… Really? First of all, is all of this wreck less behavior stemming from the death of Abraham? Girl he was not that into you anyways. You being crazy got the lemonade girl killed and Eugene taken away. God only knows what that poor guy is going through. Get it together Rosita! Final thoughts, who is this person following the group in these fancy ass boots? I hope it’s T-Dogg or Andrea. But I guess that’s probably to obvious huh? No more villains, we just spent two whole seasons trying to get one!
The Episode MVP
This weeks award goes to Daryl Dixon! Yes, you killed Fat Joey which may have been a bit much but hey, you got out of that place somehow and for that I am so happy and proud of you! I’m sure you getting out will only cause more chaos and death but oh well. At least we get to smile until about February.
Alright everyone that’s it for me! Thank you so much for keeping up with me this far through the season. This season so far has been one of the most stressful yet. We have lost some good people and I have a sneaking suspicion that we will lose some more. But in all honesty, most of our favorites are still here and this something to be thankful for. The show returns in February and of course I will be here to cover it! Happy Holidays everyone!
