Oh, hello friends… wasn’t expecting to see you here. Last night’s episode was a story of loyalty, pain, fear, anger, and….. grab her by the ***** ! Yes, we went there tonight. Lets not waste any time and get into the details please before I am overwhelmed by sneaky clowns! They are everywhere.
The Good
Wow that was a good episode. At first, I was a little turned off at the idea of this episode taking place in the past so to say. But by the end of the episode, it makes sense. When you first look at it, you might be thinking we are just getting backstory on each of the characters which is only halfway true. But the main point behind all of this backstory is to point out who the cult is and how it was formed. Looking at these stories, it is safe to say that the cult consists of Kai, Harrison, Beverly, Meadow…and probably R.J. Someone check on Cher because she is probably mad as hell right now. I would also say it is likely Winter and Ivy are probably in on the clown madness so it is safe to say Ally is going to live a tortured rest of the season. I liked this episode because it gave us a break from the constantly messed up life of Ally and focused on the other stories that serves as the foundation of this season. Plus, we got a few short minutes with Emma Roberts and it was definitely worth it. I can’t believe she is gone just like that though. Also another honorable mention to Evan Peters. I feel like I am falling in love with his character and that is NOT okay!….
The Bad
Listening to Ally make up excuses to not vote for Hillary sounds like nails on a chalk board. Honestly, there is not really anything that stands out. Nothing was worthy of being put on the naughty list. I am still trying to get into Billie Lourd’s acting in this season. Her style so far hasn’t really synced up with this show yet in my opinion. But, last night it felt a lot better. Which brings me to another interesting point. It’s funny how each of these characters feel so much different when they are not around Ally.
In Summation
Reliving election night over and over again is similar to being forced to watch the same Hulu commercials over and over. Still can’t get over Ally voting for Jill Stein. I actually forgot Gary Johnson even existed for a few minutes, damn you American Horror Story. Probably will not be going to the gym tomorrow after watching Pauly D’s neck break via angry Harrison. Watching that old guy graze Emma’s nipple is the true American Horror Story. That puppy deserved more screen time to be honest. Currently, Cher is probably slapping the shit out of Chaz….. SNAP OUT OF IT! Is it normal to want to be friends with Kai? Is it also normal to want to dye your hair blue? Asking for a friend. Not saying Hillary was right about the “deplorable” comment, but I definitely wouldn’t cut off my own arm so I can go vote for Trump.
Wow, that was a lot of crazy. This show is exhausting and I love it! Looks like next week is going to be even crazier of course.
