RuPaul’s DragCon LA 2019: Queens Sound Off on Reality TV!

I hit RuPaul’s Drag Con in Los Angeles, California asking the hard hitting questions. Reality television rules everything around us. I know we’ve all thought about what reality TV show we would thrive on. So, I decided to ask these queens what reality tv show they would want to be on (other than RuPaul’s Drag Race, of course) and here are the answers I got. Some are better than others…

Pandora Boxx

“I totally want to go on Making It with Amy Poehler and Nick Offerman. I was going to audition but season two, but casting was already closed. Maybe they’ll get a season three because I love crafting and I want to hang out with Amy Poehler!”

Katya Zamolodchikova

I would do I Didn’t Know I Was Pregnant. They would have to kick me off and give me my own spinoff, “I Didn’t Know I Wasn’t A Woman” and then, the sky’s the limit. Next is Australian Idol.

Tammie Brown

“I’d be on The Unreality Reality Tammie Brown Musical and The Tammie Brown TV Show. They’re long titles but they’re my titles.”

Prozac

Bad Girls Club. I would start so much shit.”

Darienne Lake

I would probably pick an Extreme Makeover: Home Edition or Big Brother would be great because I’m really good at mental mind games and I can make people cry or hit me and get off the show. Amazing Race is already what we do, running through airports and going to different places so I’ve had enough of that. Actually, I’ll go on The Swan because they lock them away from the mirrors and they don’t let them see it until they’ve had all that plastic surgery and are a new person because of course it’s the outside that really counts!”

Malibu Stacey

I’d have to be on My Super Sweet 16 and throw a really fun party. I’d be really grumpy when my dad didn’t get me the car I want because I wanted the Barbie pink one not the Fuschia one! Goddammit Chiffon Dior!!!”

Art Simone

“I would be on Big Brother. I never leave the house as it is! So, it’s easy!”
