Another week, another episode of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars. Last week, the queens eliminated Mariah Paris Balenciaga after Jujubee got her first win in her Drag Race herstory. Joining Mariah in the bottom was Shea Couleé, who is clearly a contender for the crown. Come to find out, a few queens put her lipstick in the box, Mayhem Miller and Alexis Mateo specifically. The drama.
There wasn’t much time for drama. RuPaul entered the workroom quickly to explain this week’s main challenge. The queens would be performing their own version of TMZ, SheMZ. The teams were predetermined. Mayhem and India Ferrah were team one, Miz Cracker, Blair St. Clair and Jujubee made up team two, and team three was Alexis and Shea.
India was playing a shop lifter for her SheMZ sketch with Mayhem. Come to find out, she was an actual shop lifter when she first started drag and had to go to court for it! Meanwhile, Shea and Alexis were trying to break the curse that whoever works with Shea ends up going home at the end of the day. The drama was however with team Cracker and St. Clair. Rumor had it Blair was trying to make a strategy to get Cracker eliminated. Blair shot that rumor down, but I’m not sure Cracker was buying it.
For the main challenge, Carson Kressley played the role of Harvey Levin and Ross Matthews posed as a paparazzi cameraman. The queens were seen in boy form in the TMZ workspace, which was incredible. Team Jujubee, Cracker, and Blair were by far the best. The love affair between the alleged perpetrators of the Drag U admission scandal was amazing. It was clear Mayhem and India’s sketch fell a little flat, while Alexis and Shea fell somewhere in the middle.
As the queens prepared to hit the main stage, Alexis and Shea had a hilarious best friend moment. Shea was upset that she ended up having so much fun with someone who voted for her to go home during the last elimination. While the queens were getting ready, Blair talked about her encounter with TMZ. Apparently, they discovered she had a DUI in her past and ran it as a story. Mayhem also opened up about how she got arrested in drag. The officer took a picture of and mocked her. It was a hard story to hear.
On the main stage, Ru was joined by Ross, Carson, Michelle Visage, and Sarah Hyland. The category was camo couture, which Alexis Mateo confused with camel toe. My favorite looks this week were Miz Cracker, Shea Couleé, Alexis Mateo, and Mayhem Miller. I loved how Shea, Alexis, and Mayhem did different color looks rather than the traditional green. As for critiques, Blair and Shea were safe while Juju and Cracker got the most praise. Mayhem, Alexis, and India weren’t as lucky. It was Cracker who got the win while Mayhem and India found themselves in the bottom.

This week’s lip sync assassin was none other than Morgan McMichaels! I am always so excited to see Morgan perform! She and Cracker faced off to Where Have You Been by Rihana. The best part was when Morgan walked over Cracker’s legs like it was the 90’s and she had a Skip It. It was a close battle, but Morgan ended up winning… wait no! They both won. Cracker got a cash tip of $20,000. This meant that two queens could be going home if each queen didn’t have the same lipstick in their bras. The group chose Mayhem to get eliminated, which is Morgan’s best friend of 20 years. So, that was sad to watch. Cracker also chose Mayhem, leaving us with no double elimination. I was so sad to see Mayhem go. I wish we could have seen more of her.
I can’t wait to see you next week to chat about SNATCH GAME!
