After last week’s elimination of Pandora Boxx, the queens of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars were back for another episode. Ginger Minj celebrated yet another win. After the celebration, Trinity K. Bonet opened up the box to reveal no one but Pandora voted to eliminate her. While her performance was not great, her track record kept her around.
Back in the workroom, Eureka O’Hara was feeling the pressure from her lack of challenge wins. Everyone left in the top five has at least one win under their belt. RuPaul followed in shortly with a gift we’ve all been waiting for: a mini-challenge! It was drag superlatives, which was fun. Kylie Sonique Love was most likely to steal your boyfriend, most likely to have a sugar daddy, and prettiest queen! Eureka was voted the messiest, bossiest, shadiest, and gassiest queen! Ginger was voted the most likely to become president. Trinity got crowned the moodiest queen. When asked who the queens thought was the most likely to go home next, Trinity and Eureka were tied in votes.
It was time for the maxi-challenge. The queens would be creating a character for the drag cartoon show, Drag Tots. They had to name the character, create a storyline, and create an outfit to bring their Drag Tot to life. What a cute idea!
Ra’Jah O’Hara was feeling the heat. She won the first design challenge of the season and hadn’t won a challenge since. Meanwhile, Trinity was upset that she was voted the moodiest queen. Eureka was worried it would impact her energy going into the. challenge. Eureka, on the other hand, was using the negative votes she got as inspiration. She was going to create a Drag Tot villain!
The workroom was pretty chaotic this week. Kylie struggled to make her outfit, Ra’Jah was in her own head, and Trinity was still upset about the superlatives. Eventually, Trinity was able to remind herself that she was fierce, but the other two were having a hard time figuring this challenge out.
As the queens were getting ready to portray their Drag Tot character, they were reminiscing about being toddlers themselves. Kylie and Eureka remembered wearing their mother’s clothing, while Ra’Jah recalled stealing her dad’s porn tapes. Everyone’s childhood was different, I guess!
On the main stage, Ru was joined by Michelle Visage, Ross Matthews, and Charli XCX. The queens revealed their characters on the main stage to not just the judges, but also Latrice Royale and Bianca Del Rio in Drag Tot form. The characters were all cute, but I think Ra’Jah, Trinity, and Kylie’s stood out the most. Eureka’s fell a bit flat, and Ginger’s felt a bit safe, but the judges liked it. In the end, Ra’Jah won the challenge while everyone who was not Ra’Jah was up for elimination. Plot twist!
Finally, it was time for everyone’s favorite part, the lipsync assassin. It was none other than Kameron Michaels! She and Ra’Jah faced off to Boom Clap by Charli XCX. Was it just me or did Ra’Jah go a little easy on Kameron? It didn’t really seem like she wanted to win that one. Kameron won, of course, and revealed that the group chose to send Eureka home.
Farewell, Eureka! And no, we STILL don’t know what the game within the game is. But guess what? We get to find out NEXT WEEK! See you then!
