RuPaul’s Drag Race celebrates its transgender alumni
In honor of LGBTQ+ heritage month, trans members of the Drag Race family gathered together for a legendary photo shoot and behind-the-scenes video. Aja, Peppermint, Gigi Goode, Gottmik, Jiggly Caliente, Kylie Sonique Love, and Laganja Estranja teamed up for a gorgeous photoshoot to honor their inspiring careers.
Aja summed it up perfectly when she said, “As a trans figure in mainstream media right now…. we’re all trailblazing, we’re all leading different paths in different arenas while existing, and giving you more than what you’ve ever expected from this culture.”
Shangela has a hilarious Dancing With The Stars moment
If you’ve been on Instagram at all this week, you have likely seen the hilarious moment between Shangela and Dancing With The Stars host Alfonso Ribeiro. During the interaction, Alfonso calls Shangela, Angela. The look on her face was so good you have to see it for yourself.
Of course, Shangela handled the moment with grace and made it a joke. Oh yeah, and she’s killing it on the show. Make sure you tune in and vote for her each week!

The song is called Let My Love Shine, which is about overcoming struggles and feelings of wanting to end your own life. The lyrics are personal to Ada, as she drew inspiration from being bullied online for her sexuality and weight.
