With Season 2 of Drag Race Philippines about to launch August 2nd on WOW Presents Plus, we have a sneak peek of the new crop of queens ready to compete for the coveted title of ‘Drag Race Superstar of the Philippines’!
Season 1 of Drag Race Philippines showcased Precious Paula Nicole winning the title of Drag Race Philippines‘ inaugural winner, alongside Lady Morgana snagging the title of Miss Congeniality. This year’s group of dolls includes advocates, provocateurs, and even a queen that considers herself a “multimedia drag superstar”! The contestants this year are Arizona Brandy, Astrid Mercury, Bernie, Captivating KatKat, DeeDee Marié Holliday, Hana Beshie, Matilduh, M1ss Jade So, Nicole Pardaux, ØV C–T, Tiny Deluxe, and Veruschka Levels.
The judges table for Drag Race Philippines will look very familiar, as Drag Race Season 4 and All Stars 6 fan favorite Jiggly Caliente and popular Filipina writer, TV personality and activist KaladKaren both making a return to their seats on the judges panel. In addition, the Filipino actor, model, and drag artist Paolo Ballesteros, is back as series host
