Another city wants to get sued over their stupid drag law
Branson, Missouri, AKA Las Vegas for people who think ketchup is too spicy, passed a new ordinance that restricts where drag shows can be held in the city of Branson, and who can attend them. The Board of Aldermen passed the ordinance with a 4-2 vote, with Aldermen Cody Fenton and Chuck Rodriguez voting in opposition on Tuesday.
“When we pass this, we’re going to get national attention and we’re going to get sued,” Alderman Rodriguez said. “I just can’t believe we’re doing this.”
