Drag Race UK’s cast has been announced.
Drag Race UK is back for a 5th season and the cast of queens has us gagging! Get ready to see Alexis Saint-Pete, Banksie, Cara Melle, DeDeLicious, Ginger Johnson, Kate Butch, Michael Marouli, Miss Naomi Carter, Tomara Thomas, and Vicki Vivacious take on the competition on September 28th! Check out our post about the cast to get to know the queens here.
Your favorite RuPaul’s Drag Race queens were at the VMAs.
Sasha Colby, Jimbo, Robin Fierce, and Kandy Muse attended the VMAs this week. Their red carpet photos came out perfect. However, in case you missed it, Kandy did have to leave the event early because she had to poop. We send our best to her during this complicated time.
The Vivienne will be performing in a production of Wicked.
Drag Race UK’s first winner, The Vivienne will be hitting the stage as the Wicked Witch of the West at Liverpool’s Empire Theater this winter. They said this is a dream role for them, especially after growing up playing the Tin Man in school!
Get ready for a new multi-country drag show!
If you’re anything like us, you’ve been waiting for more content that features queens from the many international Drag Race seasons. Wait no more! The new series Slaycation will feature six queens from the international Drag Race empires. The queens will spend time together in a Canadian cabin for a six-episode season. That’s all we know for now, but we will continue to keep you updated as more information unfolds!
Monet X Change will be performing opera in Dayton, Ohio.
Are you near Dayton? Then don’t miss out on Monet X Change’s performance at the Dayton Performing Arts Alliance’s season opener! She will be showing off her opera pipes on September 16th and 17th. She will be joined by 70 ballet dancers. I am jealous of everyone who gets to see this performance!
