RuPaul’s Drag Race and Dragula star Jade Jolie has come out as trans! She took to Twitter (ugh, X), where she shared that she was choosing herself and continuing with her transition. Our Werrrk.com family sends her love and support!
A new comedy show is coming to WowPresents+!
House of Laughs is the latest World of Wonder show! It will be a stand-up comedy series featuring Joel Kim Booster, Cameron Esposito, Daniel Franzese, Jimbo, and other hilarious drag and queer comedians! It is definitely going to be worth the watch! Though it won’t air until 2024, we can start being excited now, right?
Another WowPresents+ show is launching and it’s revolutionary!
While many Drag Race alumni have gotten their own show on the streaming platform, the first non-English speaking show will debut on November 8th! The show is called Grag Hearts Drag and will cover all things Brazilian drag with Grag Queen!

I’m sure this is no surprise to you all, but we have to share the latest news. There will be more RuPaul’s Drag Race! Both Season 16 of RuPaul’s Drag Race and Season 9 of RuPaul’s Drag Race All-Stars have been greenlit! We don’t have premiere dates just yet, but check back for all the latest news!
San Francisco bar to open a drag queen school!
Legendary San Francisco bar, The Stud, announced the creation of The Stud School of Drag which will teach aspiring drag artists the fundamentals of drag performance. Chair of the San Francisco Democratic Party (and former Drag Race star) Honey Mahogany will serve as its inaugural headmistress. “I thought drag was just about being campy and female impersonation — which is cool — but the Stud taught me that drag can be political, dark, scary, weird, emotional and so much more,” Mahogany said in a statement. “I’m excited to bring this art form to a new generation as the first Stud School of Drag Headmistress.” Read more about it here!
A fire struck Hamburger Mary’s of Jacksonville
Early Thursday morning a fire happened at the Jacksonville location of the popular drag restaurant chain. Police are investigated any potential foul play which is sadly possible given our current political climate. The original owner, Gary Motes said, “We’ll rebuild and it’ll be even better. We’re just ready to do a new chapter.” Read more about the fire here.
