Ocean Casino Resort is already known for it’s prime Atlantic City location and it’s glittering exterior, but on Wednesday January 10th, Ocean got a little bit more pink, courtesy of the exclusive premiere screening of the brand new big screen adaptation of Mean Girls! The Ocean PR Team delivered all things Mean Girls, down to the last pink detail for the premiere, delivering plenty of Insta-ready photo opps and a beyond-fetch VIP party in one of Ocean’s decadent and spacious suites.
Ocean remains the premiere space in Atlantic City for nightlife options, and the official afterparty did not disappoint! The aptly titled ‘So Fetch! At Nola’s Mean Girls Party’ definitely lived up to the name, complete with specialty cocktails and drag performances by some of the Garden State’s top performers. Crystal Envy kicked off the night by channeling her own Regina George, with Stefani Steel delivering her own show-stopping (and gravity-defying) performance. The evening’s performances culminated with Steel & Envy being joined by Kimmy Sumony and Nessa Sky, where the four dazzling dolls recreated the iconic “Jingle Bell Rock” performance from the original Mean Girls film! Notables like Real Housewives of New Jersey‘s Gia Giudice and Gabbing with Gib host Gibson Johns were seen enjoying evening’s Mean Girls-curated soundtrack , delivered courtesy of DJ Freezie, who is a Nola’s (and Atlantic City) favorite!
Mean Girls wasn’t the only big opening that had Ocean buzzing. Nectarlife officially cut the ribbon on their own brand new retail outlet located inside Ocean Casino Resort (directly next to Starbucks). Nectarlife (a name meaning “sweet life”) is a handmade sustainable dessert-inspired bath and body outlet that offers everything from body polish scrubs to bubble baths, with all products being proudly manufactured in the United States & 100% vegan. Originally in Las Vegas, Nectarlife has chosen Ocean to be their first official destination of its kind in the Northeast!
