It was finally Snatch Game week at RuPaul’s Drag Race. Before we could get into the celebrity impersonation business, the queens had to mourn the elimination of Megami and decide if Morphine Dior Love could have done as well as Plasma, who won the challenge, did. The answer was… split.

RuPaul gave us not only Snatch Game today but also the reading challenge. Xunami was surprisingly hilarious! She won!

The queens began chatting about who they were going to portray for Snatch Game. Nymphia’s one of my heroes, Jane Goodall, Dawn was everyone’s least favorite trash goblin, Meghan McCain, Q was Amelia Earhart, Xunami made up some sort of Tooth Fairy character? I don’t know. Morphine would take on scam superstar Anna Delvey, and  Plasma was musical theater icon Patti Lupone because of course she was, Sapphira chose James Brown, and Plane Jane chose Serbian pop star Jelena Karleuša.

The legendary Chad Michaels came into the workroom to help guide the queens in their character choice, and no one needed more help than Mih’yah Iman LePaige. She was originally set on playing Tiffany Pollard, but Chad and Ru weren’t sold. She eventually decided to make a character, Trina’s cousin Saquita.

Before we could get into the good stuff, Plane was told she only had three more chances to use her immunity potion on herself or someone else. The pressure is (somewhat) looming!

This Snatch Game wasn’t as strong as previous ones, but there were a few highlights. Plane was funny, Sapphira was amazing, and it was fun to see Mih’ya perform with confidence in a challenge! Morphine, Xunami, and Nymphia struggled to make Ru laugh.

As the queens were getting in drag, Morphine decided to try asking Plane for her immunity potion, which made Nymphia join in. However, Plane was not budging.

Plane and Sapphira opened up about their upbringings, with Sapphira sharing that her father was a famous UFC trainer and he was absolutely against her being gay. However, after seeing her in drag, he said, “Why aren’t you on that Drag Race show?” Sadly, she didn’t get much time with him as he passed away from COVID. It was heartbreaking!

“Every day there’s something I want to say to my dad — I love you, thank you.” 🥺 Sending you all the love in the world, @sapphiracristal! ❤️ #DragRace pic.twitter.com/cvzFJ2Hr99

On the main stage, Ru was joined by Michelle Visage, Carson Kressley, and Kyra Sedgwick. The category on the runway was dancing queens.

Something about this runway was so much fun, maybe it was the queens replying to Ru from the stage. Q, Sapphira, and Plasma talking to Ru during their walk was so much fun. Especially Plasma’s “Watch this.” So good. As for the looks, Dawn and Nymphia stole the show for me.

Q, Dawn, and Plasma were safe, while Sapphira, Mhi’ya, and Plane were in the top. It was no surprise that Nymphia, Morphine, and Xunami were the bottom three.

In the end, Plane won the challenge, while Xunami and Morphine fell into the bottom two. The close friends faced off to I Wanna Dance with Somebody by Whitney Houston. They were dancing together, which was so cute. Morphine got to stay, while Xunami sashayed away.
