The most glamorous battle royale in some time is about to kick off as Canada’s Drag Race: Canada vs The World is back for Season 2! With nine international queens on board, the series kicks off its second season on Friday, July 19 at 9pm ET / 6pm PT on WOW Presents Plus in the US and select territories internationally (day and date with its local airing on Crave in Canada). With Canada being showcased as the host city, nine queens (across several international Drag Race franchises) will be battling it out to become the Queen of the Mother Pucking World!
The judges panel for Canada’s Drag Race: Canada vs The World also returns with some familiar faces. Brooke Lynn Hytes, Brad Goreski, and Traci Melchor all return to the judging table for Season 2. Additionally, Canada’s Drag Race favorite and Canadian broadcaster and advocate Sarain Fox returns for a multi-episode guest judge stint. Expect to see further special guests announced at a later date.
The roster of queens grappling for the crown include a number of Drag Race Top Four finalists from several franchises. The queens competing on Canada’s Drag Race: Canada vs The World 2 are: Alexis Mateo, Cheryl, Eureka!, Kennedy Davenport, La Kahena, Le Fil, Lemon, Miss Fiercalicious and Tynomi Banks. To commemorate the premiere of Season 2 of Canada’s Drag Race: Canada vs The World, the queens will be will be attending RuPaul’s DragCon LA on July 19th & 20th!
