Drag queens are making waves at the 2024 Olympic games!
France opened the Olympic ceremony with a group of drag queens – including Paloma and Piche of Drag Race France– in what many are calling a mockery of the Last Supper. Of course, Republicans are freaking out. Do y’all think they were mocking the Last Supper? I thought they were just being fierce and breaking barriers for the LGBTQ+ community. I mean, Lady Gaga performed before that. It was just a lovely queer event!
Nicky Doll shined during the Olympics
Nicky Doll of RuPaul’s Drag Race season 12 and the host of Drag Race France got to perform her new single, I Had a Dream during the opening ceremony! Check out the video above to see a clip of her groundbreaking performance!
Queens have been crowned at the WOWIE Awards!
