We are so excited about being a part of this amazing event this year and we cannot wait to bring you all the fabulous drag artists that are going to be headlining this year!

We are very excited to announce that Tucker Noir will be headlining the Austin International Drag Festival this year! (Get your tickets here and join us in Austin this fall!)

Congratulations on being named a festival headliner Tucker! How did you get involved with the Austin International Drag Festival and what do you bring to this role?

Thank you!! I performed at my first AIDF a few years ago & fell in love with the camaraderie. DragFest is so inclusive and it’s inspiring to learn about the amazing art happening all over the world.

I mostly bring mom hugs to the role. I’m passionate about nurturing the community. Warning, though, if you hug me you will have glitter all over you.

For those people living under a rock, can you tell us a little bit about Tucker Noir’s drag?

I choose to use Drag King-ing as a way to cast a vision for healthy masculinity to the world. Tucker is the beauty of manliness, he opens the definition of what is acceptable for men. He is sacred grace, romance, kindness, generosity and elegance, all while being a strong, powerful man.

We can’t wait to see what you are planning on bringing to the stage in Austin! Can you give the WERRRK .com universe a little tease of what’s to come this fall in Texas?

Dynamic gender-theater about humanity, the future, stars, & magic. A deluge of life-giving divine love gushing forth from the fifth dimension through my body forever altering all timelines in the multiverse. Also I maybe will do the splits.
