Paige Lauren was born in Houston, Texas and knew after 5 minutes on this earth that she had to get out of there. Unfortunately, she was held hostage in Houston for 18 years by her mother who, despite Paige’s best efforts and endless supply of talent, refused to catch the “stage mom” bug and do everything in her power to make Paige a child star. After high school Paige lived in New York for a year, but that wasn’t a great fit either.
Much like the beloved Rhoda Morgenstern, Paige returned to her hometown, tail between her legs, and spent a couple of years doing nothing really, but having a great time despite the heat. Eventually she wound up at University of Houston where she graduated Cum Laude, which, as it turns out, doesn’t mean anything to anybody.
In January of 2015, Paige moved to Los Angeles and she is endlessly happy to call it home. She began writing short stories at the ripe age of eight, around the same time she discovered and fell in love with drag, was an editor on her high school newspaper and now writes short films and articles. Her dream is to write a hit TV show and to spend all her free time surrounded by drag queens.
